Prices and Payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the checkout, you can view the total price, including all fees, VAT, and payment costs. Payment terms are specified in the checkout, depending on the chosen payment method.
Free Account
Amazing Golf Academy offers a free account. The free account includes the Landing Spot System and is completely free of charge.
Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) applies for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clearly stated that you wish to withdraw. The withdrawal period begins on the day you completed your purchase of the membership.
Obligation to Refund:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you have paid as soon as possible, or no later than 30 days from the notification that you have withdrawn.
Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel, log in to your account and follow the instructions under the Manage Subscription tab, or send an email to henrik@amazinggolfacademy.com. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Warranties and Service
If there is a fault with the services offered by Amazing Golf Academy, you should notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue by emailing henrik@amazinggolfacademy.com. We will then inform you of the next steps (the rules regarding complaints are outlined in the Consumer Purchases Act).
Privacy Policy
When you place an order with us, you provide your personal information. By registering and ordering, you consent to us storing and using your data in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. Under GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. The website amazinggolfacademy.com is owned and operated by HE Performance Group. Amazing Golf Academy is a trademark owned by HE Performance Group. The website is managed by Henrik Engvall, resident in Sweden.
§4. User Terms
- You are not allowed to publish affiliate links on Amazing Golf Academy.
- You are not allowed to link to a page from Amazing Golf Academy designed to capture our members' email addresses.
- You are not allowed to promote your own information services, products, or tools within our community or to our members unless you have express written consent.
- You are not allowed to belittle other users of the community or make posts in a way that is likely to cause inconvenience to other members, as determined by Amazing Golf Academy.
§5. Intellectual Property
The copyrighted materials available on the website may not be used without permission from the author. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, commercially exploit, reproduce, or otherwise benefit from such materials.
Amazing Golf Academy is a trademark owned by HE Performance Group. Unauthorised use of the name, logo, or brand is not permitted.

If it is a serious breach, Amazing Golf Academy may also escalate the matter to a higher authority.

To the extent permitted by law, HE Performance Group shall not be held responsible for any loss of data or punitive damages relating to material on the website.
The role of Amazing Golf Academy is to support and assist you in achieving your golf goals, but your success primarily depends on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-up. HE Performance Group cannot predict and does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific result, and you acknowledge and understand that results vary for each individual. Each individual's results depend on their unique background, commitment, desire, motivation, actions, and many other factors. There are no guarantees for the specific results or outcomes you can expect from using the information you receive on or through this website.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information shared on or through this website, the information may unintentionally contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.
